I used to think most of my suffering was physical. But as I get older, wiser & do more of my emotional work, I realize the vast majority of my pain has actually been self punishment, self judgement, guilt, shame, regret, self inflicted pressure to be perfect. All that tension in my consciousness, is actually what was creating so much tension in my body. And I’ve yet to meet anyone in our western society who doesn’t struggle with that or who hasn’t in the past.

I’m here to tell you that… you matter, your pain matters, and there are people out there that can understand you, that care about you & want to support you. I’m one of them.
